Overall food and portion was ok. Can consider for future catering.

The Curry Chicken is too oily, although the taste of the chicken is not bad.
The honeydew sago is tasteless

Nice set up but the taste can be improve.

I specified Nursing Resource Centre at Level 6 in my order to Foodline. However, this information was not communicated to the delivery personnel and the invoice did not state this info. I did not specify the unit number and #06-00 appeared on the invoice.

The bee hoon is too plain, there's only mushrooms as the ingredients.

The pies and puffs are soggy when it arrived.

The skin of the soon kueh is too thick, not too much fillings.

The mini fish burger is not too bad, quite decent looking and tasty.

The black forest cake is very tasty, very soft and not so sweet.

Delivery man did not have change to return on that day of delivery. Called up the company and informd then about it and they did not mention about returning the change to me and I have to request for it. Although it's not alot of money, but it's about basic work ethics.

The set up guys came early. I put ready to serve at 12.pm and they arrived at 11am meanwhile my guest only arrived at 12.30pm. Arriving too early will make your guests eating hurrily because they need to collect 4 hours after arriving.
They worked quite fast and were polite. The food is generally nice, I would say slightly above average. One of my guest commented that the mie siam is a bit bland.

All Dishes Is Perfectly Packed And Organise. Everyone Enjoy Their Time Munching Away.

The foods are always finished up totally with no left over. It is worth the money.

The service and food are good

Overall, food was generally edible. Lemon fish and fruit tarts were exceptionally dry, while the sushi & maki platter looked quite miserable (but it is okay because it is free).

Quality of the cutlery and plates is quite poor - forks and spoons bend too easily and the plates are very flimsy.

Oven baked honey drumlets and steamed crystal dumplings were really good.
