The food arrived cold, and the packaging was inadequate, causing the sauce to spill onto the carton and making it messy to clean up.

Siew Mai and Har Kow did not have 30 pcs.
Sweet and sour fish was all flour and batter, very chewy and almost no fish meat at all.
Luo Han Chye was also ordinary.

Only decent dish was the braised ee fu noodle and outhouse ready to eat Chicken karaage.

The food are dry and salty. For eg, the chicken satay, salted egg fish are too dried and hard. The curry is very salty. The Yam paste is not smooth.

The service was good, but the food needs improvement. The dishes were edible but some did not taste fresh. Overall, the food quality did not match expectations and should be improved to justify the price.

This is our 3rd time ordering e creative. The previous two times was amazing and that is why we did repeated order. This time round, the candle given was not enough to warm/make hot the food. The food was mostly cold even though we waited for almost 1 hour for it to heat up.

Food was very mediocre. We asked the staff if we could get more cups, but they were unwilling to give more.

Yusheng very bland. Not enough sauce. Portion is not for 15 pax but for 8-10 pax.
Caterer forgot to give chopsticks and small plates for us. We ordered 7 large Yusheng for 70 pax.
Called them but they said cannot help cos driver forgot to pass us the chopsticks.
In the end we got to run to nearby NTUC to get the chopsticks and paper plates.
Food so so will not order again

Engaged this buffet catering service for my house warming event last week and ordered food for 55 pax. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations.

Firstly, the yam paste was unacceptable. It was essentially just coconut water, with no yam paste content at all. This is a basic dish and such a mistake should never have passed quality checks.

Secondly, despite requesting food labels in advance and being assured that they would be provided, none were included. This caused confusion among guests, especially those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

The food temperature was another major issue. Even with warmers provided, the food was not warm, which significantly affected the dining experience.

The curry chicken was poorly prepared. The chicken pieces were excessively large, making it inconvenient to serve and eat and the dish was overly oily, which many guests commented on.

The lychee punch was extremely diluted and tasted more like plain water than a beverage.

Most importantly, the portion size delivered did not match what was ordered. While I paid for 55 pax, the amount of food served felt closer to 40 pax at best, which is unacceptable for a paid catering service.

As this food was served to my guests, many of them expressed dissatisfaction and questioned the quality of the catering. This put me in a very embarrassing position as a host and I was extremely disappointed that such basic and obvious issues were not checked before delivery.

Presenting food in this condition reflects very poorly on the company’s service standards. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and I would not recommend this catering service based on my experience.

Had ordered for 30pax. Disappointed that curry potato chicken came in the half setting instead of one full setting. Same for the vegetable. Curry potato was soft, delicious. The rice and ee fu noodles are more than enough.

Online ordered for 6.30pm. But was told delivery an hour buffering, hence invoice was amended to 5.30pm. And actual delivery at 5pm. Food was hot, burners well prepared.

Only the pineapple rice and curry chicken are nice, will not order the fried food again. Fried food are overly fried and very dark.

Bad experience. Wear out/old water dispenser, trays and covers with water marks. Fried mee Hoon stale and smelled! Apple strudel become cream puff. Informed caterer, told to provide pictures of stale mee and said their staff didn’t see any leftovers of mee hoon when they came to collect.
Overall embarrassing and bad experience for my family.
