Good value buffet. Everyone enjoyed the food. All items are good. Delivery is on time. Enjoyed the otah, olive rice and prawn.

The food portion is just nice. Guests like the dishes. It will be good if there are more thong provided.

The was is cold and the fried foods very dry.Salted egg chicken is dry and all stick tgt. Honey dew sago cannot found sago inside. Only provide one public spoon and kitchen tongs as this is not inconvenient to us as we never expect only provide one set and we are doing this party at our home. Thai food also very nice. I will recommend to order dish with sauce. Overall still OK.

The food and dessert was great. Most of my guests helped themselves to the dessert (fruit tarts and honeydew sago) without prompting them to and they liked it. The fish and tempura was a bit more on the less than average side while all the other dishes were pretty good.

Food quality has unexpectedly deteoriated from the last time I ordered. There wasn’t much cereal poured over the cereal fish and the fish was rather dry, more batter than fish meat. Salad prawn was quite scarce and oily. Provided large random odd sizes and parts of chicken w bones in curry chicken dish. Overall disappointing outcome. Inconsistent standard from before. Only satisfied with pineapple rice and yam paste.

Caterer is on time and will call to check if ok to collect the items before coming to collect. Caterer's delivery personnels are friendly and easy to deal with. They are cooperative and efficient in setting up the buffet line.

I understand that the buffet will not be hot upon delivery as I ordered a mini buffet and not a full buffet that comes with steamers. However, the food is just way too cold, as it appears that the food was cooked much much earlier than expected. The chicken cheese balls, prawn paste chicken mid joint, golden salted egg fish were over fried and very hard, thus a lot of leftover. Overall, I would only give a rating of 6/10. I chose e-Creative again as my last order in February was a 8/10, and my guests enjoyed the food then.

“The food portion was just okay — only the prawn paste chicken mid joint and spring roll & fried Ngoh Hiang portion was too little. We had informed him that it should be ready by 6pm, but it was delivered too early at 5.20pm.

Disappointed with the food this time round. Chicken curry was overcooked & become shredded chicken & mashed potatoes at the end. The fish skin on top of salted fish is just a few pieces and the fish is just mostly flour. Brocoli is tasteless with the sauce just poured on top upon arrival. Eclair is actually cream puff as per picture.
