This was my second time ordering from this caterer but the service this time was utterly disappointing.

supposed to reach between 11-11.30am and my event was 12pm. the driver only reach at 12.15pm! My guests arrived and nothing was setup and i have to keep calling the customer service and the driver to see where he's at! wow!

I ordered 4 tables and 20 chairs but they only gave 3 tables and tried to leave without informing it's 1 table short until i see for myself and question then only the driver say you ask them refund you. it's not about refund only it's about my event!

the foods this time was also not as good as the last time a lot of foods leftover, many feedback the rendung was ok but the fish and vegetables are not good.

Sales service was alright but the food portion is a bit small except for noodles and rice.
Do not order any fried food cos they are all soggy and doesn’t feel like freshly made.
Chicken chop is the best dish and the pineapple fried rice and bee hoon were nice.
Setup was on time but the utensils were all so dated and don’t look like properly cleaned

The setup came earlier than expected, 1.5h before food eating.. Good to be early, but is too early the food will not be very warm when eating..

Food was generally very average..
Some curry chicken pieces were too big and looks quite oily.. prawns were not crispy and quite soggy.. will be nice to have more dessert too..

Delivery was on time, love the variety of menu, some hits and misses on the food. Value for money. Good customer service.

Food was good. Setup was smooth. Pickup of buffet line was prompt. Price was worthy. Will order again especially for children parties! Good range for kids.

The setup and teardown was very on time and efficiency. Food taste ok overall, no complains from guests except that the salad prawns have turn soggy. Chicken wings were surprisingly huge and good. All would have been better if the food is hot instead of warm.

Food came slightly cold but it was still alright! guests loved the food in general and the salad prawn is highly recommended!! cutleries, trash bags, service spoons were provided as well :-)

The delivery came lesser than 1h before time that food needs to be served (5.30pm), so the food was not warm by the arranged timing but was OK because most food was ready to eat. The food could be better, looks better than its taste.
Mainly received feedback that the vegetables were not salty enough, might be because the sauce was placed under the vege instead of being poured on it. Overall, my guests still ate most of the food and packed them back. The children loved the baby shark themed cupcakes, especially the toppers and small plastic baby shark toys.

We hired eCreative to cater our newborn party for 30 guests, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

First, a significant issue was the missing extra order of curry chicken. Despite placing the order, it never arrived, and to make matters worse, there was no customer service support available on the weekend to resolve this.

The quantity of food provided was also a major concern. Even though our guests were mostly females who don't typically eat large portions, there was simply not enough food for 30 pax. We found a disproportionate amount of carbohydrates like fried rice and fried bee hoon, with a clear inadequacy of side dishes.

While the buffet setup initially looked good, a closer inspection revealed a stained and unwashed tablecloth, which was off-putting.

Most importantly, the food quality was subpar. Several dishes tasted as if they were spoiled or had been left out for too long, which is concerning for any event, especially one involving a newborn. The cupcakes were a clear example of this lack of freshness; there were two different batches on the same tray, with one batch having completely dried-out cream that appeared to have been masked with fresh green cream on top.

Overall, we found this catering service to be poor, no value for money. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend looking for another caterer.

The caterer needs to improve the setup. The table cloths had holes, the buffet trays looks "dirty". Overall the food still acceptable only.
