ECreative Catering Pte Ltd

The food cooked was to my drs’ liking especially the sin chow been Hoon & curry chicken. Both blend well together.

Caterer is prompt and deliver the food on time. Food is still hot and good presentation as well. Taste is just nice and healthy too.

Food arrived on time. Pasta slightly burnt (under dish) and the sauce needs to add salt and cheese. Must improve the Oven baked fish Mongolian cream sauce. Overall all dishes are good. Thank you.

There was no label on each dishes.

Food overall was pretty good except for the ang ku kueh which my guest said it was sour, so we did not serve them after that. Hope I can receive an explaination on why it is sour when we consume within the ‘safe’ timing.

The curry chicken and salted egg fish was good. Served wrong vegetable as ordered but otherwise ok. Recommended

From ordering & confirmation to delivery was an extremely fuss free & smooth process. Food tasting & presentation was great. Not the first time ordering from this caterer, always leave with a great impression.
The Cereal Prawns were delicious & fresh! Positive feedback from the guests too!
Will definitely order again from this catering.

On the side note, compared to before, dish labels were not displayed. I feel it is essential so as the guests know what they are eating. Too much ice for the dessert.

The set up of the buffet was timely. The crew were friendly and the set up was carried out smoothly. The buffet spread for 30 pax was sufficient enough for family members of 38 pax. The food tasted good and well liked by all. Highly recommended.

1. Summer Potato Salad >> it would be much better to cube it into a smaller size rather than the present ones are such big pieces. Add in more favour like spring onions, bacon etc to have a better taste rather than now very bland and tastelss. ?
2. Seafood Thai Pineapple Rice >> I dont see any pineapples or much seafood, have the kitchen missed it? ??
3. Four Season Vegetable w Clam >> sorry to say that this is the most horrible Greens which I have ever came across in all my buffet caterings. It tastless! plus point is the presentation is good. Can consider to remove the Peas ???
4. Other than these 3 dishes, the rest are delicious! I have never eaten such nice Garlic Bread!

5. There is no decor at all, wondering why?

Food was delivered on time. Just the foods portion a bit less than expectation if for 25pax. The food taste overall is on average.

The food selection was decent with quite a good mix of options. Presentation was okay & service was friendly. Portion sizes were adequate. Overall, they met our expectations, but didn't exceed them. Prices were reasonable, but we wouldn't say they were exceptional value. If you're looking for a reliable, no-frills buffet option, this caterer might be a good choice.
