The dishes arrived early. No issues with the driver finding the location. The nugget tasted bad. The mango pudding was good.

Food arrived promptly in chilled condition. Was a bit lost, do we have to heat up the food for consumption? Ever received my buffet food items in warm condition so was not prepared for this situation.

The fruit tarts were delivered upside down and not placed in the proper boxes. The box size was incorrect, which caused the presentation to look very poor. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable and I will not be ordering from your company again. In addition, the set-up staff left without informing us, which was very unprofessional.

The food tasted okay, but the portions were very disappointing. We ordered catering for 30 people, which was more than the actual number of guests, yet the food ran out quickly and some people couldn’t eat. Quite frustrating and not the experience we expected.

Delivery driver cannot find the location even though I have made a note to delivery that it is not at the clubhouse but at maintenance centre. However, they was on time. 1 minus point was the admin was quite rude and she could not control her temper when I told her the delivery point was not at clubhouse as I have already made a note. She even mentioned for 16 years she worked there, she never heard of this delivery place before..

Food was delivered on time at 12pm as arranged but collection was late for 1hr 45min, at 5.45pm instead of 4pm. Fortunately my neighbours did not complain about blocking the walkway.

Food came cold and need to be kept in the warmer for some time before it gets hot. Most food are generally decent and my guests like the otah pocket pau, Har gao and siew mai. The cereal prawn appears not be very fresh, being hard for guests to deshell and the eclair feels more like custard puff.

Still great value for money given that it caters to the 100days of my baby and i need not make separate orders for the red eggs and ang gu kueh.

The food got no taste and is cold even after 1 hours in the fod warmer. The prawn salad is soggy and expect they seperate the sauce. Overall won't order from them again

The was is cold and the fried foods very dry.Salted egg chicken is dry and all stick tgt. Honey dew sago cannot found sago inside. Only provide one public spoon and kitchen tongs as this is not inconvenient to us as we never expect only provide one set and we are doing this party at our home. Thai food also very nice. I will recommend to order dish with sauce. Overall still OK.

Food quality has unexpectedly deteoriated from the last time I ordered. There wasn’t much cereal poured over the cereal fish and the fish was rather dry, more batter than fish meat. Salad prawn was quite scarce and oily. Provided large random odd sizes and parts of chicken w bones in curry chicken dish. Overall disappointing outcome. Inconsistent standard from before. Only satisfied with pineapple rice and yam paste.

I understand that the buffet will not be hot upon delivery as I ordered a mini buffet and not a full buffet that comes with steamers. However, the food is just way too cold, as it appears that the food was cooked much much earlier than expected. The chicken cheese balls, prawn paste chicken mid joint, golden salted egg fish were over fried and very hard, thus a lot of leftover. Overall, I would only give a rating of 6/10. I chose e-Creative again as my last order in February was a 8/10, and my guests enjoyed the food then.
