Food is good generally. Cutting the turkey and 3 whole chicken is no joke though. Very tiring. Otherwise, it was a Merry Xmas meal for all. :)

Delivered was on time and set up theme is nice. Overall is ok for me, just fried rice a bit smelly. Egg tart is all my guests most like, follow by curry chicken and salted egg fish.

Food is delicious and quantity is generous. Whole family like curry chicken and prawn paste chicken. Prawns are fresh. Chin chow with longan is good just slightly too sweet.

The catering process was very smooth. The followup by e-creative catering was very prompt.

The catering on the day itself came earlier than the timeslot. Nonetheless it was a good experience.

Caterer came at the promised time. Excellent food but can improve on decorations
with flowers etc

The food and services were good and within expectations. Food portion was generous. Will order again.

The food is delicious. My guests have all complimented the food was delicious. The desserts are very nice . Portion was pretty good

Good was good. Guests felt it was tasty. Delivery was on time although collection of the trays came later than expected

Positive: Food generally taste nice and decent portion for 15 pax. We had 12 people attend. Delivery was very punctual. Ample Utensils and trash bag provided.
Positive: friendly customer service, prompt email replies (office hours only).
Negative: 1) Caterer forgot about the Sweet Sour Prawns and there's no way to contact them on a Saturday evening. Foodline also uncontactable. Foodline/ECreative did a partial refund for that item the next working day.
2) Food is cool in temperature. BUT none of us have any tummyache - so yeah! It's clean. Not too salty, not too oily.
3) Chin chow is very sweet but we can dilute with water. However the chincow (before dilution) is very little. I would think chinchow isn't too costly and they could have easily added more chinchow.
4) Some wrappers on the food tray were torn on delivery. Unsure if it's to allow steam to come out, but I would think it defeats the purpose of wrapping it up in the first place.
5) Curry vegetable, lots of gravy but insufficient cabbage (which once again is a cheap item which they could have included more cabbage). It otherwise tastes good.

Quite good food, fried food was no longer crispy, but taste was alright. Quantities sufficient and caterer split into 4 different lines.
