Sales service was alright but the food portion is a bit small except for noodles and rice.
Do not order any fried food cos they are all soggy and doesn’t feel like freshly made.
Chicken chop is the best dish and the pineapple fried rice and bee hoon were nice.
Setup was on time but the utensils were all so dated and don’t look like properly cleaned

We hired eCreative to cater our newborn party for 30 guests, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

First, a significant issue was the missing extra order of curry chicken. Despite placing the order, it never arrived, and to make matters worse, there was no customer service support available on the weekend to resolve this.

The quantity of food provided was also a major concern. Even though our guests were mostly females who don't typically eat large portions, there was simply not enough food for 30 pax. We found a disproportionate amount of carbohydrates like fried rice and fried bee hoon, with a clear inadequacy of side dishes.

While the buffet setup initially looked good, a closer inspection revealed a stained and unwashed tablecloth, which was off-putting.

Most importantly, the food quality was subpar. Several dishes tasted as if they were spoiled or had been left out for too long, which is concerning for any event, especially one involving a newborn. The cupcakes were a clear example of this lack of freshness; there were two different batches on the same tray, with one batch having completely dried-out cream that appeared to have been masked with fresh green cream on top.

Overall, we found this catering service to be poor, no value for money. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend looking for another caterer.

The caterer needs to improve the setup. The table cloths had holes, the buffet trays looks "dirty". Overall the food still acceptable only.

I booked 6pm but the food was delivered at 4 pm plus. The food is cold when my guests started to eat. The fried items especially salted egg fish, chicken wing and salad prawn are hard and not nice when they are cold. The food presentation and portion are okay.

Variety and presentation was good.. value for money but food were cold n tasteless. Only butter prawn recommended

Ordered for 50 pax and for the first time, my food was not enough for guests. not even the noodles and rice which has never happened before.
Wasn't even provided serving ladles, thank goodness I kept some from my previous buffet because their setting was so good. amazing how the basic thing was not provided.

there was no number to call or contact especially since most of such events are on weekends and made me panic because my guests were almost all there and yet no serving ladles, as if having a baby event wasn't stressful enough.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered from Ecreative — I’ve used them previously for company events, and everything went well, which is why I confidently recommended them to my family for my niece’s birthday. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

The collection time was scheduled for 9:00 PM, but they arrived at 8:30 PM instead. I had intended to keep the fried bee hoon for my guests who are late but realized that it had turned sour (at 8.30pm) which was very upsetting.

Other dishes were also below expectations:

Curry Chicken - The meat was dry.
Wheat Prawns - Overcooked and tough.
Fish - The flour was too thick, with barely any meat inside.

Given the poor food quality and lack of consistency, I’m very disappointed. Sadly, I will not be ordering from Ecreative again.

Delivery guy was 1 hour late. The fish was a bit hard than usual. The bee hoon turn sour after 2 hours. Not enough drinks

This is a repeat order as we had a good experience for the previous order. However, a couple of things were not up to expectation for this order.
During the setup, a small insect was found in the chicken chop. The delivery staff commented that it just landed before he could cover it, then just pick up that piece of chicken with his bare hand and threw it away.
After the setup, I noticed a few trays of the food warmer leaking water. He said he didn’t have extra trays and replied that he could either empty the water from the trays or just leave it as it was.
During the event, the drink dispenser was not working and the tap could not be turned on.
