I had a bad experience with this company buffet, the food was not up to expectation, the pineapple fried rice was not delicious at all it’s oily & tasteless.. the very first time I eaten a tasteless fried rice. Not only that, I ordered 4:30pm - 9:30pm, but the delivery man came to collect my food at 8:30pm, and rushed me to keep my food. When I told him my invoice stated 9:30pm, he is being rude. After that when he keep the buffet, he is being rough in keeping the buffet, he made a lot of noise & he dripped sauces all around the lift & outside of my condo lift, he even banged until the lift has a dent. When I made a report to the company, they just replied me with a sorry. Was so disappointed in this buffet company! Order at your own cost!

Good was good. Guests felt it was tasty. Delivery was on time although collection of the trays came later than expected

Positive: Food generally taste nice and decent portion for 15 pax. We had 12 people attend. Delivery was very punctual. Ample Utensils and trash bag provided.
Positive: friendly customer service, prompt email replies (office hours only).
Negative: 1) Caterer forgot about the Sweet Sour Prawns and there's no way to contact them on a Saturday evening. Foodline also uncontactable. Foodline/ECreative did a partial refund for that item the next working day.
2) Food is cool in temperature. BUT none of us have any tummyache - so yeah! It's clean. Not too salty, not too oily.
3) Chin chow is very sweet but we can dilute with water. However the chincow (before dilution) is very little. I would think chinchow isn't too costly and they could have easily added more chinchow.
4) Some wrappers on the food tray were torn on delivery. Unsure if it's to allow steam to come out, but I would think it defeats the purpose of wrapping it up in the first place.
5) Curry vegetable, lots of gravy but insufficient cabbage (which once again is a cheap item which they could have included more cabbage). It otherwise tastes good.

Quite good food, fried food was no longer crispy, but taste was alright. Quantities sufficient and caterer split into 4 different lines.

The food is up to standard with ample amount. The food is tasty but not the mama deep fried chicken cubes. It’s too dry.

Ecreative has good variety for the price. I bot french loaf to eat w the Delicious curry. Tarts are good. Fried fish skin is good whether salted yolk fish little too salty for me.
