Just my diners' opinion - Overall, food tastes healthy; not a tinge too sweet or salty, but also not hitting the umami spot, somewhat lacking.

Size and portioning: ordered for 15, most dishes sufficient for maybe 16.5. Great! No food waste but a consideration for those who want presentation over precision quantity.

Golden Salted Egg Fish foodline was recommended. True to that, it was unique, delicious, and pleasantly coated.

Prawn Paste Mid Joint was lacking. Little or no har-cheong flavor, meat was tough and somewhat dry. The same for mini fruit tarts, and some said the kai lan too.

The food tasted like it had been prepared earlier, reheated, and then delivered to us. The baby kailan was still undercooked and tasted raw. The prawn paste chicken, fish, and tempura were also very dry.

Most importantly, the food was not hot at all upon delivery — it arrived cold. Overall, the quality of the food was disappointing and did not seem freshly prepared.

This was my 3rd time ordering from eCreative Catering and unfortunately this experience was very disappointing. The main issue was that the food was not delivered within the allocated delivery time slot. As a result, the food arrived cold, which significantly affected the overall dining experience. For catering, timely delivery is especially important as the food is meant to be served and enjoyed at the expected time.
In addition, insufficient serving service gear were provided, making it difficult for us to serve the food properly. This was particularly inconvenient for the dessert

Food prep is averagely ok but should put more selected choices in Foodline. It will be lose out if not done so.

The food prepared from previous orders differs now. Not that presentable n taste seems off abit. Could be improved.

Food with warmers were provided on time. Sin Chow Bee Hoon and curry chicken were not bad. However, the Chinese cabbage got stale and smelled sour quite quickly. Spring rolls were also very hard and not tasty at all.

Food came 40mins later than stipulated time, I tried to call the caterer and they keep telling me it is 10mins, 20mins then eventually 40mins then food arrived. Just came to know they called the courier Lalamove for food delivery.

Some food spilled, trying reaching out and they did not respond. No follow-up on it. Really bad experience, will never order it again!

The food portion provided for an order of 35 pax was insufficient and appeared to be suitable for only approximately 20–25 pax. We previously ordered for 30 pax, but despite ordering for 35 pax this time, the portion seemed to be smaller than our previous order.

Additionally, the delivery service could be improved. It would be helpful if the delivery personnel could give us a heads\-up or call in advance before arriving, so that we can be better prepared to receive the order.

We had a wonderful experience with the catering service! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and everything was prepared and delivered with great care. The team was professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the whole process. Our guests really enjoyed the food, and we received many compliments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable catering with great food and service!

Curry chicken and sambal fish is good but the honeydew sago is watery
Overall the food is ok. The cleaning part is good.
