I had intended to keep the fried bee hoon for my guests who are late but realized that it had turned sour (at 8.30pm) which was very upsetting. Other dishes were also below expectations: Curry Chicken - The meat was dry. Wheat Prawns - Overcooked and tough. Fish - The flour was too thick, with barely any meat inside.
