The food was acceptable and James was nice to accommodate to my mum as she require to eat her medicine earlier. We like the soup

Nice variety but small portions. On weekends, instead of rice, they give some other carb like noodles etc. Weekdays is rice, and often the rice also small portion.
Weekdays delivery on time, but weekends very late (different drivers).

Food was very average, very often seen items include fishball, hotdog, egg tofu and cabbage. brown rice was very hard on some days, suspect that they could have put in it the fridge for a few days consumption. blame it on myself for ordering both lunch and dinner from same caterer hence the same ingredient which was served as lunch today can be seen in dinner tomorrow cooked in a different way.
although food was below average, the customer service was excellent, always immediate response via whatsapp and one of the lunch delivery was late and i was compensated with another day's lunch.

Good food and punctual delivery. So far one of the better caterers on foodline therefore I've been ordering many times from them.

Delivery service was acceptable. however the food is not worth the price paid as fried fast food like fish ball, sausage were served. Not worth the higher price padi for the food.

Food deliver usually before 6pm. Taste ok though sometimes dishes is a bit bland and limited variety. Overall is still acceptable. Staff friendly and helpful.

For the 2nd week, again delivery was right for lunch time. Notice for weekend, they give sort of western food. Might need to improve and replace frozen fried stuff, IMO. James as once again was excellent and very responsive. Overall it’s quite decent food.

The food were tasty. There was a variety of food. The food seldom repeat only once or twice. Delivery was always on time.

Overall the food is just nice and big portion! Although there is some feedback from my side, caterer able to react fast and prompt!
