Best tingkat service so far. Tried many others, this is the first one that I decided to renew 20-day package after the first initial 5-day trial. Food was tasty, rice was included in the price, and the timing of delivery was just right (not too early, not too late). We chose the soup option, and it is clear that the soup was brewed for a decent amount of time, giving it good flavor. The meats were well cooked but not tough, and the vegetables were skillfully done as well. The quality was consistent throughout all five days (therefore 5 stars, one star per day), and this was the first time we actually looked forward to the next meal, unlike previous caterers, where we literally dreaded the next day and wondered when it would end. Thank you East West Fusion for making everyday enjoyable! Keep up the good standard!
Our only gripe is that the deliveryman didn't ring the doorbell on many occasions, so we had to guess and look through peephole to check all the time. If this one problem is fixed, we will definitely give full marks!

Food is generally tasty. Dishes are simple as well. Affordable and value for money. But sometimes some of the dishes can be too simple like plain chinese sausage, cheese tofu.

The food are okay overall. Only the dishes are little bit dry without gravy. Delivery time consistent, food usually received before 6pm.

Found many processed food in the menu.
Other than that, the food quality quite okay actually.
Hopefully they will improve their menu respectively

The dishes taste very good. However, there are some frequent repeated dishes. Otherwise, delivery was prompt, food amount and rice is more than enough for 4 pax, very satisfied with caterre.

The food from east west fusion has been varied and interesting so far. Everything is nicely packed in a bento which makes heating up and cleaning a breeze.

Food was up to expectation. Great variety and not too oily or salty. Suitable for old folks and children.
