Menu can be improved and food is still ok but some dishes sometimes quite simple. Services is very good and fast response. There is 1 or 2 times not on time.

Not exactly worth the money as it is quite pricey for a bento set however overall the food is good and towards my liking. a plus point is that they had noted on the special food request that i had indicated.

Food portion in comparison with others at similar price is quite small. Taste can be improved further. Customer service is responsive and quick, but hope they can improve food taste and quality.

Food was ok, but find it a bit pricy...
There was repeated 4th dish within a week, so a bit disappointed.
The duck meat was good, was not expecting to get such tasty duck.

Food was generally good except most of days would have at least 1 type of processed food (ie cheese tofu, sausage, frozen dumplings etc)

Delivery guy is very polite, he will greet me “good morning” for every delivery.

The boss is very responsibility and helpful. He will make sure everytime the food is deliver on time and deliver to the worker.Food was tasty, rice was included in the price, and the timing of delivery was just right (not too early, not too late). We chose the soup option, and it is clear that the soup was brewed for a decent amount of time, giving it good flavor. The meats were well cooked but not tough, and the vegetables were skillfully done as well. The quality was consistent throughout all five days (therefore 5 stars, one star per day), and this was the first time we actually looked forward to the next meal, unlike previous caterers, where we literally dreaded the next day and wondered when it would end. Found the food portions generally small for 2 persons for the price paid. Food was generally nice but some dishes were a bit too salty for our liking.

Overall food is tasty and well packed. Caterer service is helpful and Friendly. Manage to meet our requirement.
