No complains. reliable as ever. best dish still steak-like duck meat. boss promised to do smth about bad dish chix rice.

Lunch generally pretty good. We get 4 dishes and unlike many other caterers, they offer a decent variety for the fourth dish. So it wasn’t just sausages, fish cakes and chicken nuggets. Food tasted good but delivery was done a bit early (10am+) which couldn’t be helped being in Bt Panjang and they delivered to our area first. Owner was nice to provide an insulated food bag to keep food warm till we ate.

Food is generally good and tasty. Price is slightly more expensive but i guess cos rice is inclusive in the package. The dishes are not repetitive most of the time.

Overall food variety was normal and personally I think can be better. At times the food serving only have one dish that is meat (Ordered 4 dishes).
Worse issue was the delivery services. Have experience 4-5 times delivery was late (more than 30 mins, arrived after 1.30pm) and caused lots of inconvenience.
Lastly, I dun feel worth with the price of $280 for 20 days tingkat service on the food and services provided.

Yes food and services was up to my expectation, will continue to order from this east west catering.

Food portion is small and the dish is very normal. It could be better. Good point is food come is warm.

We find the dishes delicious with a good mix. However the rice portion is too much for us, usually we only eat 2.5 boxes for 4 pax. It will be good if rice can be optional. Overall, happy with this caterer.

Is a repeated order after had the trial meals. So far, the food is acceptable. The dishes are bit dry without gravy, it needs to have ordered with soup instead.

Generally, food is tasty as always, only problem is that certain dishes were difficult to eat, such as their potato leaves and steamed egg (which was very bland). The service was also problematic at some points, such as when the driver forgot to deliver my order, and the driver not ringing doorbell on some days. The company gave us a refund for the missed order, but that was not very nice to begin with as we have to scramble to settle our dinner somehow. Also, the company uses styrofoam boxes to contain the rice, which is not very environmentally friendly. Since we are ordering the long-term 20-days package, it would be nice if there was a more environmentally-friendly option, not just for the rice, but all the other food containers too. Our home is not stacked with heaps of microwaveable containers, feel quite sad that the earth is dying. Don't mind paying more to save the earth.

Very good. Third time ordering. Hope to have more variety of vege. First time renew 3 times with same caterer.
