The food generally reasonably good and value for money but nothing fantastic. Suitable for small family who is not fussy and lazy to cook meals. Overall it's worth trying if you looking for reasonable tingkat meals but do not expect too much

Good. Timely delivery, generous food portions. Variety of dishes - eg noodles was served so not always rice.

Decent food. might be have smaller quantatity compared to other tingkat. often you might get finger food.

The package come with rice even I did request for no rice, value for money. for taste wise was too salty and was cater for old folk and young kids.

Standard catering fare, timely delivery and sufficient portion size.

Mixture of cuisine but quality of ingredients and taste can be better.

We have ordered 7 days (include weekend) Tingkat and packed in individual Bento. It is currently having promotion of 10$ off. The service is good which has prompt reply when we use watsapp. The food was initially delivered half an hour earlier. However, the customer service has resolve it after our feedback. The food is generally tasty and not too salty. There is minor mistake during the last day of delivery and it was also resolve promptly but we hope that it will not occur again.

The food and service is so far very satisfactory. They always provide prompt reply when we have any issue. 7 days Tingkat (include weekend) which resolve our issue as most of the companies provide weekend service. The price is reasonably acceptable after if has a $10 discounted price for 4 pax. Delivery was quite early initially and has adjusted after we provide feedback.

Food quality is good menu is good 95% taste nice not oily, not salty vegetables dish is generally well cooked and taste good as compared to those of other Tingkat caterers

East west is a good dinner choice. You can switch soup for an extra dish and its quite a good variety of extra side like dumplings/gyoza. The order/payment includes rice.

Second order with East West Fusion. As usual, food was great and customer service from James was excellent. Food portion sizes are still inconsistent and small so we topped up extra for the rest of our tingkat dinners.

As long as you or your family members aren't fussy about the food, East West is actually a pretty good choice.
