East West Fusion

Average taste and portion. The touted fusion proposition was also unremarkable. For its price, I've had better value with the handful other tingkat caterers.

First order with East West Fusion and pretty pleased with the menu variety. They were willing to accommodate and adapt dishes due to my allergies which I appreciated and customer service from James was excellent. Our dinners were delivered early for our location (sometimes as early as 3:30pm) and there were a few occasions where the orders were wrong (e.g. white rice given instead of brown rice). Other than that, I do think that portion sizes could be improved. Have renewed my tingkat order with them!

The food portion was just enough for 2ppl. Satisfaction for soup of the day and the weekend meals. The vegetables no spoilt or soggy even though the food rch around 3:30-4:30pm.
Overall the food was not too bad.

The delivery timing is ok. The food is not very exciting. Their chicken dishes are more well-prepared/delicious than their other dishes. East and West fusion, but we do not see much western dishes being served.

Portion is generous and delivery is always on time .... early at 1030am for lunch.
Food is quite plain for my family taste. And many of the dishes are processed food.

First time ordering. Some hits, some miss. Overall not salty. May consider to re-order, not 100% sure though.

Food delivery time was around 11am+. Food was acceptable and not salty. However, spicy food was delivered even though I indicated no spicy food on the order form.

What can I say... The Food is fantastic! I love the vast variety of dishes served daily. I will never get bored of their daily meals cos there is a change of dishes everyday. Not only that, it is also delicious and my kids love it too. The portion is quite generous for 4 pax so I have no complains. Their Customer Representative James has also provided with me Tip Top service and is very responsive. I like this tingkat so much that I placed an extension order for 20 days lunch with East West Fusion. For those who are looking for Halal certified tingkat, East West Fusion is the choice. Highly Recommended!!!

Overall the service is prompt and good. variety of food so far is ok. soup is tasty too. but the prices are slightly on the high side. might be better if they can let customer choose to opt out the rice.

Well, on the first day, my family was quite shocked by the quantity of food. Comparing to the many companies I have tried, my family felt that this company's serving was much lesser. On the 2nd day, the quantity was still the same, hence I decided to msg them and feedback to them. Immediately they increase a portion after my feedback. Kudos!

The food taste was alright, however, lots of the food provided were "ready to eat" type. For example on day 3, Hotdog with potato, fish nugget, duck breast, chicken wing. These are the food that I normally take away from a supermarket and deep fry or heat up to eat.

Their variety was unique thou as they provided a unique range of different food that includes even udon noodles, fried rice. They even provided free dessert on the last day of my tingkat service.
