This caterer gives good service and efficient too. They response to my feedback very fast as well and is responsible. Their food is very nice too. Keep it up. I will continue with this caterer.

We have ordered both lunch and dinner (include weekends) and the food is acceptable but the noodles which serves during weekend is quite dry and not commendable. Hope it could improve on the noodles.

This is our 4th order with the same caterer with weekend delivery. We like the different dishes prepared.

It was my first time ordering tingkat so I opted for the 5-days trial offer. Food was surprisingly tasty and good (exceeded my expectations) and the serving was generous (ordered for 3 pax and there was more than enough to go around). Delivery was prompt too and the meals were sent around 11am each day.

Food was generally okay and the delivery was timely. But it would be better if the serving portion is bigger.

Food generally is ok. Would suggest that Loyalty Points/ Rewards be given to those who made repeated orders. This will encourage customers to stick to the same tingkat, thus reducing admin & delivery issues.

This is my first time trying this caterer and my second time on foodline, I like the food that was delivered to me. Will try again.

The food was okay. The food was a little repetitive but still acceptable. The only qualm I had was the delivery of the food was not very good. On my occasion, the soup/ gravy of food spilled out of the container and into the plastic bag which made things very difficult for me. The containers were often too oily as well. Can do better.

Repeated customer. Food was good, but hope there will be soup option from this caterer. Didnt choose continuous as taking break sometimes from tingket, but this caterer is one of my choice to reorder tingkat.
