Delivery is on time. Food is good and portion is just nice for 2 pax. Value for money. Will order again.

The food was quite good and delivery was on time. However, it will be good if we could select food of our choice on certain days. And if metal cotainer could be provide will be good too. The service response was fast and good

Refreshing tingkat menu with rotating entree so that it is not white rice Everyday. Wish that there is soup served for lunch. The kids liked the menu.

Everything is ok. Service is good. Food has quite a fair bit of variety. Unfortunately, we didn't look the vegetables too much. But maybe our family is more of meat eater. So nothing much to complaint about.

Variety was interesting, suitable for kids as there is always a snack dish. Delivery window is small, which makes meal time planning easy especially when working from home with a small lunch window. Great that a variety of carb was served from time to time.

Food was just nice in portion and quite tasty. Just that the rice were too hard. feels like overnight rice.

Delivery mostly on time (with exception on certain condition like driver on MC).

Overall the food and service are good. Food kept in cooler bag to preserve freshness.

However, there was once where the driver dropped the food on the floor and did not notified us, the food containers were dented, one of it was damaged and the egg leaked out.

The boss apologized on the incident and reiterate to the driver.

The food was delicious and sufficient. And the delivery was always on time. The package includes rice. Good choice for CB.

Tried 3 caterers during the CB ordering for Tingkat, and this is one of the best among all. Live up to its name of "East West Fusion", we not only enjoy the normal Chinese food, but we got Malay fried mee siam, Western aglio olio, Thai pineapple fried rice & etc as the staple food. We love the variety of the food and highly recomended!
