Delivery timing is ok, but the menu need to improve... we find it too many fried food and cabbage dish very often. Good thing is the caterer can accommodate 3 days a week.

Food was everyday dishes. Good enough for light lunch. Rice included which was good. No need to cook rice.

Good, friendly service as usual! On time delivery is convenient, kid-friendly food qualms fussy eaters.

Delivery on time, food varieties need to improve. Sometimes the dishes is too simple and can be fast food type but no complaint for this price. Feedback maybe stop providing rice but improve the food quality.

My 3rd time ordering. timely reponse from James which is highly appreciated. But portion rather small, even the rice portion small for my elderly who says not enough she still gotta cook extra rice ha.

Food was healthy option with no fried food stuff for consumption. However, as I live in the West and food was delivered to me at 5pm and to be consume by 7.30pm which I have no option over it on the time of delivery. Typically there’s also a $10 surcharge for condo delivery which is a little appalling.

Always prompt or rather should say is early.
Packed nicely.

Food is generally fresh and delicious. No complaints from
my two kids. just that sometimes food was packed wrongly eg. i indicated no spicy but was given thai style tofu. Nonetheless, service recovery was prompt amd efficient. was given an extra dish for our next meal.

We ordered 10 days tingkat lunch as the elderly main ‘chef’ was recovering from eye surgery. Plus point for delivery being on time everyday. The rice turned out undercooked and hard on most days, same for most of the vegetable dishes. While acknowledged over Whatsapp, nothing else was done. One of the worst lunch menu was: canned sardines, plain & sourish tau kwa, fish tofu and a vegetable dish. I definitely wasn’t expecting canned food for tingkat delivery. There were also a lot of frozen, fried food included to the menu, like nuggets, seaweed chicken, fish cakes…not something I would recommend for balanced meal, especially for the elderly.
