We ordered 10 days tingkat lunch as the elderly main ‘chef’ was recovering from eye surgery. Plus point for delivery being on time everyday. The rice turned out undercooked and hard on most days, same for most of the vegetable dishes. While acknowledged over Whatsapp, nothing else was done. One of the worst lunch menu was: canned sardines, plain & sourish tau kwa, fish tofu and a vegetable dish. I definitely wasn’t expecting canned food for tingkat delivery. There were also a lot of frozen, fried food included to the menu, like nuggets, seaweed chicken, fish cakes…not something I would recommend for balanced meal, especially for the elderly.

Delivery was about 6plus 7pm. There were missed delivery but was done with replacement. Food is okay on some days and bad on some days. Some food has burnt taste. Rice has some random item in it for certain days.

Price is on higher side but not value for money.

Response is fast from the caterer. Accommodative on date change.

Tingkat arrived very early on both days, at about early 4 plus. By the time the food is consumed, it's already very cold. We did indicate no chili on our menu but on the first day, we had a dish that my child cannot consume, the Chili Tofu. At the price of $39 for 2 days, which is significantly higher than a few other trial vendors, we were expecting better quality but ended up disappointed both by the early delivery and the type of food served.

The rice is either too hard or uncooked.
Diahes are all not warm as feel like cook few hours before delivery. However, taste of food still acceptable.

NEVER AGAIN.

1. Brown rice was never given, even though I stated my requests more than twice and was given an 'ok' as a reply. My aunt is DIABETIC, and she had no choice but to have white rice FOR ALL 5 WEEKDAY LUNCHES. I wanted to complain at the 3rd consecutive day of her eating white rice, but gave up since the request fell on deaf ears. I ordered additional suitable food via food panda instead.
This is a waste of time and resources.

2. Food got from bad to worse towards the end of the week. Look at the photos and you will know. How is this worth nearly $12 per meal?

3. At the very least, food wasn't overly salty, but the caterer needs to heed more care for special requests and manage expectations if NOTHING will be done. Don't overpromise and under deliver.

4. I've ordered from them while I was staying in woodlands, and things were not like that. But now, I'm never going to order from them again. My aunt lost 2kg in a week just because the main carbs were not suitable. She is serving quarantine and cannot head out for food at all. Am very disappointed.

Food generally was OK but really lack of variations. Within two weeks, you will face about 70% of the same food again. For the price that we are paying, the food was way too simple and lack in taste.
However the soup was mostly good and quite nice.

In conclusion, unless you are after healthy bland food, then we recommend to look some other caterer for better variations and more tasty food.

Generally the food is OK but within one week, there were just too many repeat of the same or similar food. Variations were not much so a huge improvement required. The food generally healthier in other words, more bland and simple. Most dishes are with steamed egg and mixed with different things. Most of the time, the tastiest food is the finger food so a little bit more daring in the main food would be great. The vegetables are better and comparable with other catering.

There was one day where the food delivery was super late and arrived almost 2 hours after lunch time. We had to chase the caterer to understand why it was late and the caterer told the food will arrive at 1.30pm. Still the food did not come on time and no apology, no follow and despite my message to the caterer, there was no response at all.

In conclusion, with bad service and so so food, we will not recommend this caterer to anyone as there are other caterer with the same cost that do better than them.

Food is acceptable. Service need to improve. Especially delivery, many time it delivery at 7pm or even late 10min after 7pm. 2 times delivered 2pax meal received, instead of my order of 3pax. Hopefully will get back the refund for the 2 times 1pax missing.

The Food is quite repetitive. Most of the time comes with a fried processed food. Sometimes is either too salty or tasteless. Will not recommend.

Food at time must be cold , averages food. The food is just averages only. This is so so only. Not advise to use this vendor
