The rice is either too hard or uncooked.
Diahes are all not warm as feel like cook few hours before delivery. However, taste of food still acceptable.

Service and staff was very good. The food was satisfactory and delivery was always on time without any issues. The variety and quantity could perhaps be better.

My 1st experience with Tingkat & it was a pleasant one from order to delivery. Tried the 5days menu of a week that food looks more child-friendly, simple & nice.

Food is sent at the same time everyday which was nice. Which not piping hot, it was still lukewarm, so I could eat it immediately. Noticed that portion of protein shrank significantly compared to half a year back, barely enough for 2 light eaters.

My family enjoys our daily tingkat dinners from East-West Fusion. We greatly appreciate the variety and taste of the dishes

The rice portion was generous, 3 pax can be shared by 4 pax, food ordinary and simple, maybe is because of the price, not those expensive dishes.

Food is acceptable so have placed repeat order. Was ordering on behalf of a friend so I didn't see/eat the food myself. She said it's fine to order again so I assume the quality is ok.

Food was satisfactory, portion is smaller than other caterers but enough for us. Food delivery time is consistent

Food delivery generally on time and delivery guy is polite. Response from customer service is good. However, not much variety and some food are not to our taste and liking. Rice provided is usually hard. So would be good if rice is optional.

Food quality is alright, but not quite worth the $9 per person/meal. Order CaiPng via food delivery would save you some money with better quality.
