Food taste is not bad. Missed 1 delivery but caterer gave a replacement on another day. Suggested to ask deliveryman to take a photo of the unit and food hanged outside door to prevent any dispute. Usual timing for Punggol area is ard 5pm.

Great caterer with friendly customer service and delivery man. Always deliver piping hot food on time.

1st time ordered from East West Fusion, i ordered the 10 days trial and Food was generally good but some of the food were repetitive. Overall happy with the food quality. The Sales representative friendly and helpful.

Delivery for dinner quite early for my area, 3pm reached.
Some dishes are repeated in 10 days meal, broccoli, cabbage, long beans, mushrooms, tofu, yong tau fu.
Surprisingly Sardine appeared as main dish in one of days.
Need improvement for the soup.

Delivery was good and food standard above average. The in charge James is a very nice guy and handled our order perfectly!

Delivery was a bit early as food reach my office by 10.30 pm. Have to use microwave oven to heat up the food by lunch time at 12.30 pm. Overall, food is good packed in bento.

Food portion was generous. Healthy cooking, not too oily or salty. On-time delivery. Rice was hard though.

The price is commensurate to the quality and portion of the food. I would say its reasonable and definitely worth it. What i like about the provider the most is to be able to successfully place an order in a short notice despite the fact that its CNY season. It really helps when i needed the services the most. I would definitely place an order again in the future. Due to our location, we recived the food pretty early but i guess thats understandable. Thank you.

Food was excellent. Soup was high quality. Not unhealthy tasting. Recommend, will order again. I really enjoyed everything that was served, and was pleasantly surprised.
