Numerous times ordering from caterer, punctual delivery timing and variety of dishes. Will order again

The rice and dishes portion is not much. It's okay that my family is not big eater but unsure if it's sufficient for others. I really hate the processed food (hotdog, fishball, otak, fried dumplings) everyday. I requested for change but noted it's not possible. The taste of food is not to our liking.

The staff is very prompt to reply me in whatapps. Good service.

One of the better caterers with tasty tingkat bento and good service. Not too oily either. Will be reordering!

NEVER AGAIN.

1. Brown rice was never given, even though I stated my requests more than twice and was given an 'ok' as a reply. My aunt is DIABETIC, and she had no choice but to have white rice FOR ALL 5 WEEKDAY LUNCHES. I wanted to complain at the 3rd consecutive day of her eating white rice, but gave up since the request fell on deaf ears. I ordered additional suitable food via food panda instead.
This is a waste of time and resources.

2. Food got from bad to worse towards the end of the week. Look at the photos and you will know. How is this worth nearly $12 per meal?

3. At the very least, food wasn't overly salty, but the caterer needs to heed more care for special requests and manage expectations if NOTHING will be done. Don't overpromise and under deliver.

4. I've ordered from them while I was staying in woodlands, and things were not like that. But now, I'm never going to order from them again. My aunt lost 2kg in a week just because the main carbs were not suitable. She is serving quarantine and cannot head out for food at all. Am very disappointed.

Food standard is good and recommended. Delivery was not punctual most of the time causing unnecessary stress

Fingerfood is given quite often but i dont really like it. other than that , everything is okay

Food is ok, not as many deep fried as others. Saltyness of main dish ok, not too salty for me but enough for my family. Soup on the salty side. Important that have metal tingkat option with deposit.

Fourth time ordering it! Good value of money will definitely order again and again and again and again

Tingkat was for old folks, most of the time, the food was ok. Delivery was also on time, delivery guy was friendly.
