Didn't really enjoy the food but had no choice since unable to leave the house to get food myself.. Overall the food is edible just that choice of dishes not much so it's like eating the same thing every other day..

Food is ok if you are not a picky eater. They will serve convenient food like crab sticks, fried wanton. Went for a 5 day lunch trial and encounter 1 day late.

Food came at inconsistent times..earliest was at 10am and latest was at 1.30pm..there alot of processed food....

Food portions small for me. Delivery timing too early as well for dinner (around 3pm). I feel the caterer could replace the processed food dish with more green leafy vegetables as the vegetable dish is very small portion.

The food are generally tasty, however, I find it to be on the oily side. Also there are a lot of fried stuff which may not be very healthy. What I like is that during the weekend there will be some finger food variety.

I also like the fact that the during the weekend such a Sunday the soup will be substituted with the dessert. On normal days the soup will be carefully wrapped in cling wrap to prevent spillage. this is something that is commendable too.

The food was ok with good variety. But the delivery was terrible. Frequently, food spilled out of the containers and the plastic bag. On some days, the order was wrong. Once, the food was delivered to an entirely different address.

The portion was rather little for 3 pax. For the first day, the prawns were big but unfortunately not fresh. The delivery timings were inconsistent for the 2 days. The chicken for the 2nd day was good.

Food was OK, serving size decent, delivery on time. However, Didnt really like the brown rice as it is mixed with alot of white rice and side dish is usually a convenient food item e.g. dumpling, fish cake, otah. Prefer other caterers (e.g. Fu Fong) side dish which are cooked dishes, not convenient finger foods.

Is by bento (even order under of tingkat package)enough for one person portion, provided not a eater. The fried food is nice but quite repeatable for certain food. Don’t like the repeating of hot dog..and quite repeatable on hot dog
There is a day the prawns not fresh, most of the dishes will be 1-2 dishes by synthetic food, which I don’t like. Anyway self preference,maybe some will like it

Their Dinner Tingkat Service was delivered before 3pm. I contacted one of the Staff (James) and asked him what time the food was prepared and how long the food can be kept for safe consumption. James replied that the food was prepared at 1.30pm and the food can be kept for 5 hours.

I checked with NEA Website and their guidelines stipulated that the food must be consumed within 4 hours. When I informed James about the NEA guidelines, he did not respond to my messages.

I also noticed that the time stamp provided by EWF PTE LTD was untruthful. For example, the time stamp listed the Ready to Eat time as 1500hrs and the "Consumed by" time as 2000hrs.

First, James informed me that the food was prepared at 1330hrs. Secondly, the food was delivered to my parents' place before 1500hrs. Thus, it is not possible for the "Ready to Eat" timing to be listed as 1500hrs.

In addition, the consumed by time was listed as 2000hrs. This was 6.5hrs since the food was prepared and exceeded the 4 hours stipulated by NEA.

EWF has deliberately made a false entry in the time stamp. Their actions are blatantly putting their customers' health at risk.

My repeated requests for the Management to contact went unanswered.

As such, I reported their unethical actions to Singapore Food Agency and they are currently investigating the matter.
