I'm a repeat customer of East West Fusion. Compared with some other caterers, East West Fusion's tingkat menu offers a great variety of yummy dishes

First time order from east and west fusion and love it. Sometimes it comes with fries and chicken, which are quite like the fast food taste. Unlike many other caterers , They also include the rice for free. In weekends, the rice is replaced by some special rice such as fried rice or carrot cake.

First day lunch only arrive at 12.30pm it was later than the promised 11am. Then dinner came at 3pm+.

Subsequently delivery seems ok.

Food variety is good, super value for money.

Food is kind of repetitive, sometimes uses canned food

Good with 2 days package, food delivery on-time & service is good, a lot of processed food, hope can change in future

Simple and nice meal. Portiom just nice. Delivery was on time and services are superb. Price is reasonable.

There is room for improvement. The food taste is not consistent, some day is good, some day is bad. Maybe due to overwhelming orders. However, the stall service is very good, delivery is always on time. There is room for improvement on the menu. The soup can be tastier, and the food portion can be more appropriate. It would be good if there could be a wider range of dishes - maybe more non-Chinese and Western dishes. The usual Chinese fare can be boring and repetitive. Lots of dishes that were no taste. There are lots of ways to create healthy and tasty dishes.

Prawns are fresh and very happy that caterer puts in effort to ensure food quality is good. Customer service is responsive, overall good.

Food was good. Portion was acceptable. Delivery time was good. Dishes should be placed in different cntainer instead of on the rice.
