The food was ok with good variety. But the delivery was terrible. Frequently, food spilled out of the containers and the plastic bag. On some days, the order was wrong. Once, the food was delivered to an entirely different address.

Food is generally tasty and service is good. The caterer delivers meals on weekends too. The meals consist of mainly Chinese food but includes western food occasionally such as spaghetti. For weekends, instead of rice, there will be fried rice, fried bee hoon or noodles instead which is nice for a change. On Sundays there will be desserts such as green bean soup, sweet potato soup, bubur cha cha etc.

The food arrived at about 12.15pm daily. Response from caterer is quick. Quantity is okay. Tastewise is not what we like. Quality of dishes is soso. Veg is usually very bland. By the 3rd delivery, we know not to have any expectation. For the same price, other caterers have given better quality.

The food is nice and portion is enough for a person, they are also very nice to accommodate my last min order

Service was good - i cancelled but food still came. they did not count that so it was an foc meal.

Food was great! dishes were tasty, wide variety of dishes. and good surprises every day. portioning was enough usually. but sometimes, it's not enough, as it's too tasty!

Food quantity is lesser than other caterers (based on 1 pax catering) although the variety is quite good. The food unfortunately always arrived cold.

Ordered their 7 days tingkat dinner package for elderly my parents to try. They are one of the very few caterers that provide tingkat service for weekends which I am looking for. They mentioned that need to place order at 2 working days prior to start date but I wanted to start immediately the following day and to my surprise I received a whatsapp message from James that very same day to confirm my order that meals will be delivered the following day as what I requested. Service is good. Any queries will be answered within a short time. My parents found the food to be quite good so will continue to order from them.

Delivery timing 12-1pm, just that second day delivery around 1.30pm due to the flooding. Food and portion wise quite nice
