The food was ok but I feel it can be better. The food for the 2 days I feel was not worth the price I paid.

Normally dont leave comments, but ... this is way over priced for the food quality, 85.00 for 2 pax for 5 days, (8.50 per meal per person).
Taste wise quite standard across the industry.
Quantity wise currently lowest of all caterers I had ordered from. Color of the rice looks weird, one packet is yellowish (looks like chicken rice, doesnt taste like one), another packet looks dull white, both being very dry. Can understand steamed egg being profitable, but isnt it is too much to serve the same dish 3 out of 5 days.

The food is sometimes ok, sometimes not so ok. Consistency of quality is lacking. Food delivery sometimes can be early sometimes can be quite late.

Tingkat came in bento style, chilled, very small portion and not tasty. 1 of the dish on the in the bento was stack on the rice everyday.

This is so far my worse tingkat experience. The food they send are mostly heated up processed frozen food. Like the photo, they gave a box of boiled sausages, I have to toast it to make it more tasty. Many days they gave things like baked beans as a dish. They state they have laksa or mee siam, but everyday it was rice.

Inconsistent, but more negative then positive.
Will try others going forward, food arrive tend to be too early.

The food taste, portion, service and value for money is average. The first day dish fried egg got egg shell inside. The 2nd day delivery forgot to deliver rice and dish sauce was leaked inside plastic bag. Not a very positive experience.

Some dishes too salty !
Should refrain from Canned foodstuffs, including salted fish !
Salty foods are has Sodium Nitrate which are bad for health !

This is my first time tried this caterer over all the food was ok ok, but on the first day the food came super late due to heavy rain i think

Lots of processed food and portion is little for 2 persons. Service is bad, out of 10 deliveries, 1 came super late, 2 super early before 3pm and 1 time delivered to the wrong address.

Contact person was friendly when asking for payment but after 1 late delivery and 1 wrong delivery, attitude become bad. Will not recommend to families who wants healthy food with good portion and good service
