My mom and brother don't really like the food. The taste is not very nice. They deliver on time everyday though. So that's gd.

Overall dishes are fine except improvements are required for the weekend salty dishes & delivery time.

Food was alright. kids like the food. delivery was always punctual even on rainy days. will order again.

Food was OK, serving size decent, delivery on time. However, Didnt really like the brown rice as it is mixed with alot of white rice and side dish is usually a convenient food item e.g. dumpling, fish cake, otah. Prefer other caterers (e.g. Fu Fong) side dish which are cooked dishes, not convenient finger foods.

Was expecting some fusion dishes but they were all regular chinese food. I would say most of the dishes would be suitable for older folks, and tofu appeared quite frequently on my 5 day trial. Was surprised to find one of the dishes was just sausages, fishball & mock crabstick (all processed food) with vegetable curry sauce, not what i was expecting...soups are generally ok; not much meat inside though, only vegetables and yesterday i had chicken feet inside, may be more suitable for older folks., vegetable was ok but dishes need to be improved.

Is by bento (even order under of tingkat package)enough for one person portion, provided not a eater. The fried food is nice but quite repeatable for certain food. Don’t like the repeating of hot dog..and quite repeatable on hot dog
There is a day the prawns not fresh, most of the dishes will be 1-2 dishes by synthetic food, which I don’t like. Anyway self preference,maybe some will like it

Food was tasty; not too salty nor oily. However, portion is too little for 3 pax.
We'd 4 dishes meal, 2 dishes were process food like fried spring roll, fishball etc. Would prefer another vegetable dish if there's an option.

I like the variety of dishes they have. Really unique that I so far have not came across from other tingkat providers. They provided salmon fish and wrapped chicken during the 10 days period. Pleasantly surprised they delivered on public holiday too. They missed delivering one dish on a Friday but made it up on Monday. Good service through whatsapp. Usually delivered around 5-5.30pm in this area.

Food arrived on time and still warm, though price is still on the high side. Good portion and packed well in neat bentos for 2 pax.
