Yes the dinner food dishes are up to my expectations.still not salthy.Portion are very good .Maybe will order again in one other day.

Their Dinner Tingkat Service was delivered before 3pm. I contacted one of the Staff (James) and asked him what time the food was prepared and how long the food can be kept for safe consumption. James replied that the food was prepared at 1.30pm and the food can be kept for 5 hours.

I checked with NEA Website and their guidelines stipulated that the food must be consumed within 4 hours. When I informed James about the NEA guidelines, he did not respond to my messages.

I also noticed that the time stamp provided by EWF PTE LTD was untruthful. For example, the time stamp listed the Ready to Eat time as 1500hrs and the "Consumed by" time as 2000hrs.

First, James informed me that the food was prepared at 1330hrs. Secondly, the food was delivered to my parents' place before 1500hrs. Thus, it is not possible for the "Ready to Eat" timing to be listed as 1500hrs.

In addition, the consumed by time was listed as 2000hrs. This was 6.5hrs since the food was prepared and exceeded the 4 hours stipulated by NEA.

EWF has deliberately made a false entry in the time stamp. Their actions are blatantly putting their customers' health at risk.

My repeated requests for the Management to contact went unanswered.

As such, I reported their unethical actions to Singapore Food Agency and they are currently investigating the matter.

East-West Fusion offers a larger variety of dishes for its daily tingkat meals than many other caterers that I have tried!

The first day was not very good, as it was too salty. the second day onwards was better as we called in to inform. the prawn was not too fresh and small, out of the 5 days, tofu was used too many in 2 meals

This is a 5 days trial order for my mum. Rice is not fully cooked. The dishes and soup are average and can be better.

Food taste is not bad, not overly salty. The food portion is enough for 2 pax. Decent variety of food; meat, seafood etc on different days.

Portions very little and got sands/worm in vegetables.

Odd combo of dishes at times.

Price not cheap either....

This is a trial order for 1pax. Food is satisfactory and often served warm. Quantity is surprisingly alot and can eat as 2 meals.

Food was alright but the portion is kinda small. wouldn't recommend this for people who tends to eat more

All dishes and soup are very delicious i like it will recommend to friends i also will order again :-)
