I think the service was prompt and good. Replies are very fast and able to give the estimated time frame compared to a previous tingkat I ordered which made me wait for 5 hours with different timing everyday and did not even inform when leaving the food.

Food portion is huge, I ordered for 2 but enough for 3 people to eat. Food taste is yummy. Customer service is awesome, the person in charge is friendly and very responsive. Rice is included in the package and can be switched into brown rice with no extra cost. Food reaches my house everyday at 4+pm and very on time. They deliver everyday on weekday even if it falls on public holidays. This tingkat is really value for money. I will order again if there is another lockdown.

Have been ordering for few months as lazy to grab food everyday. Overall rate food is not bad. will order again.

My 2nd time order from this caterer. The delivery time is usually around 5.15pm which is ok to us. The food portion are sufficient for us too. Most of the vegetables are quite nice especially the curry vegetables which my family likes. However the stir fry kang kong is add some sambal chilli would taste very much better. The package includes rice which is value for money. Overall I am happy with the services and food.

First time trying East West Fusion and during this 28 days, myself and my family members are very delighted and surprised by the good taste of each dish, for me in particular, the fusion dishes are really well done! I didn't notice if dessert is part of the menu but thus far every Sunday we get a dessert in addition to the meal items. My elderly parents always looked forward to the dessert too! For a caterer that provides tngkat throughout the whole 28 days including weekends and PH, the convenience of eating freshly cooked food sent to your doorstep is highly recommended although you will need to subscribe to a higher no. Of pax to gain better price per pax, it is still worth it.

Lastly, I wish to provide a feedback/suggestion to all tngkat caterers, where possible, I hope that you could consider not using styrofoam packaging as it is not as easy to handle a waste as compared to other packaging material.

Food is nice and delivery always on time. Order tingkat save trouble to go out and pack. Food deliver to door step and fresh.

Quite budget meal for lunch. Was packed nicely with delicious rice. Portion was still ok but you cannot compare with other established catering.

I have been ordering the 2 days weekend lunch from East West Fusion for quite some time now and the can safely say that my family and I enjoy their dishes.

Some of the food are really nice, like salted egg and Teriyaki chicken stick. Portion is good too. delicious
