Before deciding on long term dinner tingkat, want to try out the trial meal from different caterers. Food is delicious and rice included. Not too oily or salty.

Food was so so. Delivery differ everyday. I ordered 5 days trial, the last 2 days were late, specially last day was delivered at 1305.

Have been ordering for few months as lazy to grab food everyday. Overall rate food is not bad. will order again.

I have been ordering the 2 days weekend lunch from East West Fusion for quite some time now and the can safely say that my family and I enjoy their dishes. Good service too

Overall the food was quite OK. Just sometimes the 4th dishes melt the Styrofoam box. Suspect the fried food was put into the box when it was still very hot. Feedback to the company and they compensate with additional dish the next day.

Ordered from them during CB and now again during this period. Food still good with lots of variety. Not too oily or salty. Will definitely continue to order.

Food is not salty and good value for money.

What is noteworthy is that East West Fusion caters to my very special delivery request for a person who has mobility issues.

Comfort food, excellent service. I have been ordering from this caterer repeatedly, and I am happy with it still.

I think the service was prompt and good. Replies are very fast and able to give the estimated time frame compared to a previous tingkat I ordered which made me wait for 5 hours with different timing everyday and did not even inform when leaving the food.

Food portion is huge, I ordered for 2 but enough for 3 people to eat. Food taste is yummy. Customer service is awesome, the person in charge is friendly and very responsive. Rice is included in the package and can be switched into brown rice with no extra cost. Food reaches my house everyday at 4+pm and very on time. They deliver everyday on weekday even if it falls on public holidays. This tingkat is really value for money. I will order again if there is another lockdown.
