I love that the food quality is similar to home-cooked dishes, it makes me finish up everything every day!

Bean sprout overgrown and overcook.
Steam egg also bland .
We had to throw this two dishes.

Food reached between 3-4pm
Quite a lot of carbo in the dishes. Will look forward to more protein. Hope to have more ingredients and protein in the soup

The food dishes were generally okay. I preferred the weekend lunch dishes compared to weekday lunch dishes. Customer service was excellent.

Food portion was huge. Required reheating cos we are the first destination of the delivery; 1030am and 330pm.

The food is ok and there is quite a variety of food provided. The delivery was always on time. Contact person is friendly & accommodating. Great Service.

Food up to expectation and came with nice plastic container packaging. Delivery was not consistent at the same timing but still within the stipulated time range

The food was nice, not salty and the deliveryman knocks on door on first day of delivery which is a good gaige on what time they will deliver on following days

Food quality was inconsistent, largely being misses instead of hits. ingredients were not fresh/clean (there's even sand in the veg) and the food sometimes tasted like being prepared by amateurs.. bland if not too salty at times. the 4th dish is just fried finger food. having tried other tingkats for the same price range, I'm very disappointed with the overall standard of this tingkat meal.
