Some of the dishes were totally meatless like the soup sometimes (so soup very bland mostly) and there are cases when a dish was just preserved vegetables with no meat (sichuan veg). It feels like a bit budget as compared to other caterers we have engaged. Sometimes dishes were yummy though. Customer service was OK, quite responsive.
Chosen the 4 dishes options. Food very repetitive throughout the order, food looked very unappetising all the time, totally no effort in serving the customers. Just randomly throw in some food to fulfil the dishes like steam carrots and diced potato with white gravy/ or steam vegetables, steam tofu with gravy, sliced hotdog with tomato.

We would like to clarify, however, that our menu is planned with a variety of dishes and is not simply repeated throughout the order. The dishes are selected as part of our menu rotation to provide different flavours and combinations across the meal period.
We take feedback on presentation seriously and will continue to review this to ensure the food is presented to our usual standards.
Overall quite disappointing experience, had high hopes for this because it was HPB approved. soup was the most disappointing dish…. even paid extra for it but the soup was highly diluted (tasteless) and even carrots and potatoes inside was hard, seemed like they didnt stew the soup for the flavour to be infused naturally. on some days, ingredients didnt taste fresh esp the seafood, fish they used seemed to be frozen fish
We wanted to order an alternate menu as our usual was ok but after quite a while we were craving some variation.
Food was ok initially but less quantity for the amount paid vs a couple of other caterers. Quality of the food was under average- saltier than expected, no canned food but so often late that there were off-odours in the food at presentation.
Soups were mostly simple veggie with no protein in them and somehow made us thirsty when drank.
Delivery was very often on the end of the valid time for the food( stated from 3-7pm) and when there were issues, we were given substitute dishes/meals.
There were at least 5 times that we experienced off- odours in the food that we considered unsafe for us to give to our toddler for dinner. Because of this, not going to order from them again.

For our soups, we would like to clarify that not every soup is designed as a protein soup. Our menus include a variety of traditional home-style soups, and the ingredients are listed in advance on the published menu for customers to review before subscribing.
On portion size, our meals are prepared based on the serving portions stated for each package. While different caterers may have different portion standards, we always strive to provide a balanced meal with fresh ingredients and no canned food.
Regarding delivery timing, our stated delivery window is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Deliveries made within this time frame are considered on schedule. On the rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances affected operations, substitute dishes were provided to ensure customers still received a complete meal.
We are, however, particularly concerned by your comments about off-odours. Food safety is something we take extremely seriously. If there had been any issue with the food upon delivery, we would have appreciated being informed immediately so our team could investigate, arrange a replacement where appropriate, and identify the cause. Without timely feedback, it is unfortunately not possible for us to verify or rectify the situation.

Delivery was on time
Cereal Prawn was moist and tasteless.
Thai stye tofu - tofu was hard inside.
Thai Style Fish - Fish was soggy,
Luo Han Zai (veg). - was like vegetable soup. So much soup in it.
Ordered for delivery between 12-1pm, however the food arrived at 11 am, by the time we start lunch all the food was cold. My family commented the curry is very diluted and the fried rice is bland . The only nice food is the you tiao.
For the price paid, the food quantity is little and bland.
Furthermore, we purchased the $69.90 Yusheng, the veg quantity given is pathetic , my family was shocked and disappointed with th quantity given and end up has to shred our own vegetables to make up for it. Tried calling the hotline to ask if they have forgot to deliver the veg as it is pathetically little, but no one answered
Very disappointed with the food quality. Despite good portion sizes and presentation, most dishes were subpar. The prawns were soggy and not fresh, the cereal fish was soft, and the chicken had no orange taste. The nuggets smelled of old oil. My guests and I found the meal to be poor overall.
Delivery is on time & food is hot when delivered. Portion for 10pax is more than enough.
Overall food was okay except the brocolli was uncook & bland. The full tray veg was left untouched.
