Delicious food for our family reunion meal!

Tingkat food is okay generally.

Overall the portion of the food is decent, meat wise is big portion. But for the soup, ingredients too little.

Big portions, good flavour.

1st time ordering from fatty daddy fatty mummy , unexpectedly the food was real great. I will order from them again.

All dishes served just on time and we had it while it still warm~

Processed food and fried food if lesser, is better. If the food can be cooked after 330pm, that is the best as Singaporean always take dinner late. So, the food comsumed by the customers will be in shorter time after cooking.
Customer services is required to be improved as driver did not collect the cash payment from us although we reminded the customer services a few times. Waiting for two days collection, the third day i made a bank transfer. New driver can remember to collect the payment too. Slow or no response of the replacement of care officer when my care officer was on leave. Apologized by my care officer.

Generally happy with food. Just curious why the 4 dishes are delivered as 3 in Tiffin & 1 in disposable.

The food portion is good and generous, and the food tastes fresh and delicious as it is not too salty, just some of the stir-fried dishes were a little oily. It sure does feels like home cooked food.
