The delivery came on time. Portion of the food is just nice for 20 pax. Not too bad

Foods Overall so so, Bee Hoon may be not soak in water enough too dried, king of pork rib not so chewing, ngoh hiang ball seems lack of one spice ingredient not frangrant enough, need to pay $8 for warmer bag for self collection.

Overall quite a presentable buffet.
Quite generous with the main dish -
2 trays of Fried Rice

Self collection without a warmer bag provided which was disappointed. Food was miserably little.( if it was due to cny?) I had to pack other food from Chong Phang before going home. Fried rice was dry n hard. Yam paste was watery, not much yam and too sweet. Broccoli too hard so I need to cook again. I have always order mini buffet/buffet for any occassions but have never had such disappointment. This is the only caterer my guests had complain on the food so far.

Food was excellent and the kids love it.

Fried rice was a bit too dry this time round. Maybe it was meant to go with the curry chicken and hence dry.

Other dishes are acceptable.

A wonderful CNY reunion dinner for family. Food was good and family members love it.

The pork and fish are delicious, however the chocolate cake number is quiet suprising. I believe, in the event, people will not only eat 1 cake, they may eat more :)

Delivery is on time and the food is served warm...Nice!

In general food is good and tasty.
