Strongly not recommended.
Tried a 20 days package. In many occasions, repeated tofu dish delivered can't be eaten, cos it's turned sour. Most of the dishes served during the period, not worth the valued paid for. All those cheap kind of food. Worst compare to my previous ordered from another caterer. Not recommended.
Disappointing
The bento sets were oily and salty. There was too much rice, but very small servings of dishes. The packing was bad, with oil spilling all over the place. And finally, we got diarrhoea after consuming the food on the last day of the subscription.
Disappointing experience
Serving was very little for 15 pax.l and is not even enough for 10 pax. Food was cold and dishes are not very tasty. Will not ever order again. Very disappointed. It pales in comparison to the another catering place we ordered just a day before, it was very disappointing experience for us.
Normal
After service was bad. Forget my lime juice but din even make any service recovery after sending the lime juice to us late.
Food was ok. All acceptable but nothing very outstanding

Overall okay
The food taste still okay. Portion is more than enough for 2 pax. Different variety of menu to look forward every week.
Low seasoning and rather bland in taste
Portion is sufficient for 3 pax meal. Food is more on the low seasoning side, so some may find it too bland. But if you're health conscious, the food is ok. Soup is watery with not much taste
Would probably pass on this caterer when ordering next time.
Food was delivered but we received someone else's order. Thankfully we were able to reach the customer service and arrangements were made to have the order swapped within an hour so our celebration were not ruined, but food hygiene does come into consideration when such things happen. There was also a fair amount of spillage. I have used FoodLine to order from several caterers before and I would say this one is by far the least impressive with service or taste.
Can be done better
Suggest to have less processed food as it is unhealthy for kids. Vegetables are good, however, in terms of taste and portion.

Hi , we have love tingkat menu which has non processed food and healthier choice endorsed. You may like to choose that menu instead .
Big disappointment for all the invited guests
We ordered the no-setup package. Food arrived on time and there was no spillage, with disposable cutlery, but no tongs or serving spoon provided.
Food in general were rather disappointing especially the curry chicken, sambal baked fish, Luo Han Zai (veg) and the salted egg sotong.
Most guest commented for the sambal baked fish, both the fish and sambal sauce were rather tasteless. The fish didn't seem like they were baked (totally pale in colour) and looked more like steamed and topped with sauce.
One of the most anticipated food was the signature curry chicken. However, the chicken meat had a strange odour, the potatoes tasted raw/undercooked and the curry gravy was underwhelming (a thick layer of oil). More than half of the curry chicken was left and thrown away.
The vegetables in the Luo Han Zai were rather undercooked, and didn't look appetising (refer to the picture). Mostly cabbage and lacked the usual ingredients like beancurd skin and vermicelli. Guests hardly touched the dish.
The batter on the salted egg sotong was soggy and not crispy at all.
The enjoyable food were the dessert, honey sea coconut with longan and the FOC cream puff.
Overall, a big disappointment for us and all the guests. It was an embarrassment for us as host for what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.

I was expecting better quality food given that I have paid so much more for the delightful tingkat but it was worse then the normal tingkat.
