Repeat orders for family member. always on time and food is good. what I like most is the service, even last min repeat orders, they will call me and inform me that they will deliver as requested. Highly recommend for bz working mothers.

No process food received so far, good variety of food, portion is sufficient for 1 pax, but soup is a lil on the salty side.

Was good that this tingkat did not offer any processed food. But still the portion is inconsistent and the taste too. Could offer flexibility in option to choose non-spicy food where applicable. Soups are nice, some dishes not up to par.

One of the best tingkat caterer that we have tried. Dishes are delicious, generously-portioned and varied everyday. Their soups are excellent!

I like the tingkat that they serve variety of food like steamed pomfret. Food is healthy and good portion for 2 pax.

Delivery is on time daily. Food portion is generous for 1 pax. Different menu everyday. Though not all the dish are to ones liking, eg the si chuan soup is too salty for me, overall the rest of the dishes are still yummylicious.

Food was ok. We think it is as claimed- Low sodium, Low sugar, less oil and no msg. Just that we felt the food can be better given the price premium we had paid.

All is good. Ordered the 2 pax and shared with 3 pax so decent to share with 3 pax. Ordered the lunch menu so it arrived at 10+am and have to heat up. Overall hearty meal with different variety each day. Easy to communicate with staff to handle payment. My family enjoyed the meal too. Maybe can consider offering brown rice option.
