Food came too early and some dishes were either cold or just warm. Broccoli dish has no gravy at all & veg were hard. Quite disappointing.

It's very convenient to choose and order catering from foodline. especially during chinese new year period.

Ordering was a breeze. Customer service was good. Foodwise is nice too! Delivery could be improved instead of a range of an hour

Order of food taking very long time because too many choie. Although, food is nice, but portion not much. However, will still recommended to friends, relatives

Fried rice was a little under-cooked according to my guests.
Other dishes were ok. Pork ribs were tasty.

Food quantity was alright. But my dessert was totally spilled due to a crack at the bottom of the container. Didn’t manage to serve dessert to my guest. Couldn’t contact anyone for help too. I have pictures to show. All the liquid was in the plastic bag instead of the container. Hope someone will contact me regarding this issue.

Food overall was good. Delivery came almost an hour earlier than scheduled. Portion were sufficient for 15 pax.

The food was delivered on time which was especially impressive given that its CNY eve. The servings were extremely generous which is definitely more than what we ordered. We will be back with this caterer for more.

Coffee pork rib & mongolian chicken were good. Yam paste with ginko nuts too sweet. Broccoli gravy a little turn bad, perhaps due to not properly handled. The rest of the items were okay. Portion quite generous.
