Good value for money, great selection of the dishes and the taste is satisfactory. Amount of food for two persons is reasonable as well.

This is second purchase from fattydaddyfattymummy because we have good impression on first purchase.
However the second purchase the food taste drop, the soup is sour (fishball Vermicelli soup) when reach our house.
Hope can improve in future

The delivery was on time, the food condition still warm.
The vegetable have sand, not wash properly.
The rest of the dish is fine, with the correct amount of portion.

We were disappointed that the food in general is nothing special nor very fantastic compared to the price we paid. We paid $104.86 to another caterer for much better foood.

Food was delivered in a cooler bag by 4pm, I was home so decided to try and see if it could keep my food warm until dinner at 7pm without heating up - it passed the test! Granted it was slightly warm but good enough for me as additional heat could dry out the meat. Food is tasty, restaurant standard quality. Portion is just nice. Soup portion is HUGE. My only pet peeve is the insides of the cooler bag is peeled and tattered which rendered it useless - otherwise the food will be even warmer.

6) ordered 10 days trial only n can have repeated dish. Potato 2x, every week.
7) some days delivered at 4.30pm, some days 6pm. Cannot predict timing
8) I wrote no pork as main dish, n I received fried pork n Bak Chui in cube
9) only can eat 1 or 2 dishes out of 4
Awful experience overall! Lose appetite when that day got tingkat catering. 很难吃!my cHildren rather eat fast food than this they say

Food was yummy, I like the style of cooking and it's good value for money. It certainly feels healthier than your typical cai fan.

Although the Love, Tingkat! is more pricey, the quality and taste of the food makes up for it and I enjoyed all the vegetable, meat dishes and the soup is flavourful too. Have just ordered with them again

Hi, this caterer is very prompt and delivered to your unit on time. I find their services no bad, however, the food dishes did not go well with my family members.

Delivery is on time and well packed. Dishes in general is OK. Soup can be better though. The soup are mainly vegetables and no meat sighted. Most likely using essence as the soup base.
