Curry chicken sauce goes well w rice, sweet and sour fish meat is thick.

It would be better if the portion for Soup is more as it is not enough for 2 pax. It is only 3/4 filled with the soup ingredients. I feel it is very hard to heat up just the soup as it is quite little.
The food arrived rather early ard 2/3pm. Though we were advised to keep in the fridge and heat up subsequently, I feel that the delivery timing is too early.
Recommended for small eaters.

The presentation looks great. Had more than enough food to serve 20 pax.

Terrible experience!!
Satay was hard like rock and found a piece of plastic in one of the stick.
Crab crawl were mostly burnt.
Crispy Bun were mostly half side overcooked and half side undercooked!

Emailed the caterer day after the event and till now, no updates!

Emailed Foodline too, no response as well.

This is the second time we order from them. Last time it was really good, but this order the food was not up to expectations.

Least MSG among app the 5 caterers I tried before. Healthy. Portion is lesser than the other 2 caterer.

Dinner tingkat arrive not warm at all at 2 plus in the afternoon. Food has to be consumed by 6.30pm. Was informed to store the food in fridge and reheat before consuming. Portion is average. The vegetables are cooked the same way almost everyday and very bland.

This is my first time order for Tingkat.
Food menu is so so and not so delicious compare to the buffet menu that I have ordered before.
It could also probably due that I have requested for less salt and less oily thus making the food not so appetizer.

Generally ok, simple home cooked meal but assam prawn was really not suitable that it was untouched. Thank you.

Food quality is ok. Can do better with lesser deep fried items (healthier choice) and probably can think of prawn dishes with de-shelled prawns. The prawn dish was the least popular mainly because of the trouble of peeling the prawns.
