Ordered Tingkat for 4 persons. Got a shock when I saw the tau kwa dish on the 1st day. I believe 1 piece of tau kwa was cut into 4 cubes and for 4 persons, I am given 6 little cubes (so aportioned to 1.5 mini mini cubes per person) which is not even enough for 2 kids. Called the caterer the next day to check if there was a mistake on the food portion and the experience was even worse! The answer was :"If the cover on the box says 4 pax means for 4." Doesn't follow up with any checks, no apologies.

Food quality was so so, vegetable dishes is repetitive.

Food was ok. However, all the soups were very bland and tasteless for all days. The colour of the soup would always be very pale. Timing of delivery is too early; they would usually deliver at 2+pm to our place for dinner!

Terrible experience!!
Satay was hard like rock and found a piece of plastic in one of the stick.
Crab crawl were mostly burnt.
Crispy Bun were mostly half side overcooked and half side undercooked!

Emailed the caterer day after the event and till now, no updates!

Emailed Foodline too, no response as well.

Dinner tingkat arrive not warm at all at 2 plus in the afternoon. Food has to be consumed by 6.30pm. Was informed to store the food in fridge and reheat before consuming. Portion is average. The vegetables are cooked the same way almost everyday and very bland.

This is my first time order for Tingkat.
Food menu is so so and not so delicious compare to the buffet menu that I have ordered before.
It could also probably due that I have requested for less salt and less oily thus making the food not so appetizer.

Not tasty and forgettable. Buying rice dishes from coffeeshop is much better.

I signed for 20 days but already can't wait for it to end soon. Food arrived way too early for my dinner and probed me to think how early the food was prepared for my dinner service? My food always arrived at about 3.30pm, so by the time we start to eat dinner at 7pm, some of the food had already gone sour.

Although the caterer may have delivered the food within the min. time frame required for food safety (time when they prepare to time when they deliver), but since we as customer had requested that it was meant for dinner, shouldn't the food be prepared later?

There was even once i vomited after consuming a spoonful of the dish that turned sour. I have to prepare myself mentally to expect which dish had turned sour every single time i eat my dinner. This is how bad.

Definitely would not continue for the sake of our health.

The food is not to my liking. Meat is hard, vegetables soggy.

They only serve one type of veggies. Keep on repeating.They call me one time as they will deliver only 3 dishes and next day will be 5 dishes. But no additional dish the next day. They are also not collecting the container most of the time.
