Fattydaddyfattymummy food is low oil and low salt. However, may be due to handling of defrost process, the chicken dishes has slightly stinky frozen chicken taste. We threw away the meat & veggie dishes most of the time. Kim kitchen has slight taste on meat too but not so bad as above. The dishes are not so tasty. Portion is small. Disappointed with all the good reviews. Will not continue after the trial.
