Only negative feedback was that the brown rice was undercooked (hard rice) for most of the days which can be improved Service - Packaging was mostly okay ... More without any spillage but delivery times was too early (1-2pm) and delivery personnel did not press doorbell (the service was improved after we feedback to the service line). Food microwaveable containers also easier to break/chip when opening so must be careful to prevent plastic drop into food Value - very great value and this is my 4th renewal.
