Our food are packed immediately (accept fried items as the container will melt) once cooked to maintain the freshness of it and its also mandatory according to the Food Safety Requirements. ... More As foods needs to be serve within 4 hours of preparation. Microwaveable containers used are also of stated quality according to the rules and regulations given to us as food handlers. Therefore the uneven containers might be due to the stacking of items and not melting as its not expose to any direct sunlight in any given process. Our vegetables comes in fresh daily and reason that it might be not crispy or as fresh is due to it being packed and heated further from the evaporating heat of the food. Nonetheless we will keep a note and review on the quality of our food so as to better serve you and others in the future.
