For the price, the food has a lot of quantity and the quality of the food is quite nice. Variations are there but can be improved.

Vegetables variations very bad as mostly repeated and the taste is average. There are also not many green ... More vegetables and mostly a few times in a week with Bitter Gourd.

The service was also good as when we reported bad dish, they offer replacement of the dish in the next day.

Overall, I would recommend this catering company especially when you are a big eater and not very picky person.

Pros: Good variety of dishes. Meals mostly delivered on time. Last-minute request to ... More postpone my next-day's meal was granted even though official policy is 2 working days in advance.
Cons: Vegetables are always poorly cooked, looks old and burnt, not fresh. On some days there was only one meat dish out of the four, so not value for money. Delivery driver was not friendly at all, did not follow instructions to knock on door after leaving food outside. For the price, not so value for money.

First time trying out this tingkat. On 2nd day, there was fish ball vegetable soup dish. To my horror, there was a white sharp item inside. Seems like a chirped off plastic edge. Luckily i was the one who chewed on this fishball, and not a child. ... More Caterer said this fish ball was from supplier. Caterer only replaced another dish-to-dish for me.
Overall, food is generally ok. Soup portion serves 2 small bowl, quite little. Brown rice is very wet and lumpy. Delivery is good so far, as in, consistent timing at 3:30pm and no missed delivery.
