Nice Home Cooked food but very bad customer service Reviewed on 28th Jul 2021 Verified Purchase Honest feedback, food is value for money and very homely feel. However, service is very bad from Fong Fu end as Foodline is more willing to accommodate. There is also conflicts between Foodline and Fong Fu as both parties ask me to contact them ... More while saying they cannot do anything from their end. In the end Foodline did a follow up instead of Fong Fu who is supposed to get back to me. Another issue with Fong Fu is the delivery time as it can be so hectic that today and tomorrow's delivery timing can be 90mins apart. I cannot accept this.
