Have been a returning customer for a few months now. Overall solid food for the price paid. Easily value for money considering the convenience it provides on a daily basis.
One time there was an accidental error when they gave for 2 pax instead of ... More 3. They responded quickly and the next day they provided more food that made up for the missed portions

First time ordering 20 days and customer service was good to adapt when requesting for postponement.

Food is good and value for money

In general, majority of the food given was good and tasted fresh. There are occasional ones that did not either taste good or a little bit sour (off). The only one time was the 1st day where the pumpkin and pork had quite a bad smell.

So the packaging came in the form of Kim's catering. I think the company should make it clear why they use different names in the future.

Food wise, I think you get what you pay for. It is one of the cheapest options here and I think it's good ... More enough.

Occasionally, I would find the food surprisingly good. Sometimes I also think the soup / vegetables were really bad.

But it's one of if not the cheapest so I don't have significant complaints.
