Food Fest

The chap chai was not cooked long enough. The rest was ok. The caterer was nice to note my request to deshell the prawns.

Blueberry Muffin taste good even after days of keeping it. The moist and flavour is still great. However the sandwich doesn't have any taste at all. It is so bland. The Vegetarian Beehoon is a lot. Samosa taste great and everybody loves it.

Prompt, reliable service and good value. Our request for change of the prawn dish to de-shelled sweet and sour prawns was well met and they were tasty and succulent. We would have rated 5/5 for food if the spring onion fish wasn't extremely salty beyond words. It was as though the cook had forgotten he/she had already seasoned with salt and added a whole lot of salt all over again. Clearly the kitchen had not checked this dish for seasoning to obviate this shocking error. Apart from this disappointment, the other selections were enjoyable. Total score: 14/15.

8 dishes for a mini-buffet at under $10 per pax before GST. Cooked dishes are all delicious and portions are generous.

Dish like Sotong You Tiao and Cereal fish should improve the way of cooking.provide the source like chilli and tomato inside the Catering service . Green tea keep on leaking out from tap area. Have to clean up often during the event . Pls kindly checked through the equipment before provide the service to others .
