8 dishes for a mini-buffet at under $10 per pax before GST. Cooked dishes are all delicious and portions are generous.

Dish like Sotong You Tiao and Cereal fish should improve the way of cooking.provide the source like chilli and tomato inside the Catering service . Green tea keep on leaking out from tap area. Have to clean up often during the event . Pls kindly checked through the equipment before provide the service to others .

The other great one is the Prosperity Fatt Choy Yu Sheng with Abalone

Disappointed with the white cabbage.

Chysthmum infused fish was nice, not much floral infusion actually.

Glutinous rice, herbal chicken and scallops dish were best.

Tobiko soup was terrible, my guests thought is hor fun gravy.

Chicken floss roll is too tough as caterer was stingy with the floss, resulting in too much fried skin layered in a spring roll.

For own family ok, but a bit of an embarrassment to host friends.

Though it was a last minute order but the caterer took up the order and fulfilled the order. Staff is polite and helpful.
